- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewelry: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time.
- Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn or unused items. Just contact us at customercare@aymirjewelry.com with your order number within five (5) days of delivery, and ship the item(s) back to us within: 14 days of delivery (must arrive in our studio within 14 days of its delivery).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Full Eternity Bands
- Items on Sale
- Items purchased during Sales Events
Conditions of Return
- All items must be returned in brand new condition; unused and worn.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns/exchanges that may get lost in transit. We always suggest our clients use a trackable and fully insured method of shipment.
- The items must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
